Unplugged Games does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered on our website.

WHY?

To keep our prices lower than anywhere else! That said, we know it is of upmost importance that we hold up our end of the bargain. We grade every card on its condition prior to listing it on our website and do not list anything below Lightly Played. See our Card Conditioning Policy for more details.

We also have a strict Shipping Policy to make sure your purchase is packaged with care and include shipment tracking on all orders.
